Lettings Property Manager

Lettings Property Manager - Ledbury - £27k (Negotiable) My client is a leading,multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings who have been established for over 40 years.   Due to an ever increasing growth within their Lettings department they are looking for an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their team.
 You should have a strong background in Lettings Property Management and be up to date with Lettings legislation. 
Main Duties for the Lettings Property Manager to include: Managing a portfolio of propertiesCommunicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordinglyArranging and carrying out property inspections and reporting back to Landlords with feedbackEnsure all legal compliances are up to dateRenewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreementsLiaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancyCommunicating with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancyResolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries Essential Skills Required: Lettings Property Management experience is ESSENTIALGreat Customer Service skillsOrganisation skillsProblem Solving skillsArticulateIT literateFull UK licence and carWorking Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays 9am - 1pm
