Legal Secretary

Legal Secretary – Central London - £27,000 - £30,000 DOE A highly regarded Top 100 Law Firm that has been running for 150 years are now looking to expand their Real Estate team with the addition of a Legal Secretary.
The firm serves a diverse range of clients, including housing providers, private developers, and large-scale property projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support: filing, photocopying, and post management.
Assist with document formatting, title applications, and document processing.
Manage client communication, including phone calls and messages.
Help with billing, invoicing, and file management (both electronic and physical).
Provide cover and support to other secretaries when required.
Skills & Experience: At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and a typing speed of 50 wpm.
Advanced MS Word skills; familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
