Legal Receptionist

We're working alongside a leading regional firm, looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our clients head office, based in Hedge End.
You will be the face of the company, an integral part of a highly skilled support team that provides an efficient, friendly and professional service to clients.
Welcoming guests, answering calls and managing incoming emails/post; this role is perfect for an outgoing candidate looking to take their next step in a professional environment.

Responsibilities include: First point of contact for new client enquiries.
Diary management – appointment and meeting room bookings, team meetings etc.
File administration.
Welcoming guests to the office.
Secretarial work.
Systems and procedure use and compliance.
Answering the phones and directing calls to the appropriate department.
Managing the reception inbox.
What we need from you: High personal standards of work.
Strong IT skills.
Experience as a Receptionist/Admin/Secretary/PA in a Legal/Professional Services environment preferred.
