We will employ a data-driven approach to collections, ensuring segmented collection strategies are applied in the right situations
We will employ a fair & balanced approach to collections, employing all forbearance tools where practical
Joining this fast paced and lively Litigation team, your focus will be these 3 key areas
· Assisting the Litigation Team Leader in managing a wide range of portfolios/clients
Liaising with a variety of professionals who require specialist support in relation to our portfolios
· Working with the recoveries manager to develop portfolio collection strategies
Experience in a debt recovery environment would be an advantage, though not essential as on the job training will be provided
· Ensure that your quality and timeliness of work is in line with our policies and procedures
