Legal Counsel - Litigation

A Leading Insurance Firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing Litigation Team.
This is a brand new role, joining a new business unit that's been created and being part of an exciting new venture for the business.
The role is responsible for the following work: Structural Defect & Warranty Claims Property Damage Claims Subrogated Recoveries Construction/Insurance Disputes Candidates must have a strong background in Insurance Litigation, from private practice and inhouse, with a focus on property damage and subrogated recoveries.
Very competitive salary and package on offer, along with hybrid working (3 days per week in The City).
