This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-quality matters while being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:? Reviewing and negotiating Commercial Contracts? Acting as a second pair of eyes on NDAs after initial review? Drafting and negotiating Vendor Agreements? Handling agreements with MGUs, TOBs with Brokers, and Delegated Authority Agreements? Supporting various providers and enabling the team to tackle work in-houseThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a busy, hands-on role.
