Key details: Our client are seeking a commercial lawyer to join them as legal counsel in their small team of 3.
This is a part time position (4 days a week).
This is also 12 month FTC and requires a January 2025 start date.
If you have a slightly longer notice period, the client would be open to exploring applicants with longer notices.
Hybrid working is required.
2 Days a week in the Wandsworth offices.
The client also has a Euston office and you can split your time between both offices if this helps.
Whilst the client is open to all PQE levels and welcomes applications from all, the Salary would suit a mid-level lawyer (£65,000-£85000 FTE per annum DOE/PQE Level).About the business: Our client have five brands in their portfolio: Thier iconic brands consist of luxury Homewares brands and fashion retail brands.

Commercial:Draft, negotiate and advise the business on a range of commercial agreements including but not limited to:- E-com and marketing - IT software/hardware/SaaS - Concession, consignment, wholesale- Warehousing and logistics - Terms and Conditions, privacy and cookie policies - Security and data processing Review and keep up to date internal documents such as supplier manuals and GDPR policies, supporting the business with ad hoc queriesIntellectual Property: Assist with the management of the brands trademark portfolios in conjunction with external attorneys Problem solving on ad-hoc IP issues (drafting or responding to cease-and-desist letters, fraudulent website takedowns etc.)
