Teaching Personnel are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
Your Role: As an SEN LSA, you will: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with diverse needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLD).
Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child.
Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Use creativity and patience to engage and motivate students in their learning journey.
About You: We're looking for someone who: Has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Can build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Has experience in a similar role or a keen interest in starting a career in SEN education.
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, SEN training) – desirable but not essential.
