Job Type: Full time Job Location: Thurrock School Setting: Secondary School Contract Type: Contract   Rate: £95-£115 per day Hours: 8:30-15:30 Start Date: Immediately   We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a Secondary School.
This full-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to support students in reaching their academic and personal potential.
As a valued member of the support team, you will work closely with teachers and staff, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support to students, both individually and in groups.
Collaborate with teachers to adapt learning materials to meet diverse needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Monitor and communicate student progress to teaching staff.
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Qualifications and Experience: Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
