Fixed Term until 31st August 2025Required to start as soon as possible.The Learning Academy Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our School Trust, based in Ellacombe C of E Academy.Ellacombe is at the heart of our local community and is located close to the centre of Torquay; over the years we have developed a strong reputation for being a supportive and caring school which fully understands the needs of our children and their families.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support and nurture the needs of our children with Special Educational Needs who will be committed to making a profound difference to the lives of our most disadvantaged children.
The role includes working as in-class support as well as supporting children with SEND in classes across the school from EYFS through to Year 6.
Experience with autism, speech and language development and knowledge of phonics would also be an advantage, but not essential.
