We're currently recruiting a dedicated Learning & Engagement Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Learning & Engagement Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work.

Your key responsibilities will include:
High numeric and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUse of all social media channels to aid communicationsAbility to analyse and evaluate informationDemonstrates Compass values and recognition principlesKnowledge of process and planning tools designed to deliver consistent results to expectations including i-Design and social apps e.g.
CanvaCommercially focused with ability to measure impact and resultsApproach to analysis of work problems and opportunities that allows commercially sound judgements to be made on timeAbility to quickly gain credibility with key stakeholder groupsOur ideal Learning & Engagement Manager will:
Previous experience in contract cateringExperience of leading and managing teams to deliver resultsTrack record of growing sales and retaining businessExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teamsAbility to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levelsQuality and process driven with particular focus on delivering resultsCompliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreementsIT Literate (MS Office, Email)As part of Compass you'll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
