Requirements Key Responsibilities Design and conduct virtual and on-site training sessions to support knowledge transfer across teams.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base , operational run books, and other training materials to support business operations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify key knowledge areas and ensure their effective transfer to relevant personnel.
Facilitate onboarding and off boarding processes by preparing detailed knowledge transfer plans.
Continuously assess training needs and develop tailored programs to address gaps and optimize knowledge retention.
Document processes, workflows, and technical information for use by internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in knowledge transfer, training, or related roles.
Technical Expertise : Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering them in both virtual and in-person formats.
Strong writing and documentation skills for preparing detailed operational guides and run books.
Familiarity with knowledge management tools and systems.
Certifications : Train-the-Trainer Certification (preferred).
Additional certifications in instructional design or knowledge management are a plus.
Problem-Solving : Ability to analyse complex information and present it in a clear, structured format.
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of organizational workflows and the ability to align training initiatives with business goals.
