Description Are you a Learning and Development professional looking for a role where you can innovate and have direct impact on learning?
Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity are currently hiring for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our innovative People Team.
As the sole L&D specialist, you will spearhead our learning culture development, taking a central role in developing and delivering learning courses, as well as inputting into the wider People Strategy.
The salary for this position is £47,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities This is a hugely varied role where you'll get involved with: Collaborating across the organisation, identifying learning needs, implementing solutions and inputting into the wider People strategy.
Working in partnership with the People Business Partners and wider People Team to implement L&D strategies, support and develop managers, and inspiring colleagues to take ownership of their personal development.
Manage our LMS and use digital solutions to enable effective learning & development.
Taking ownership of our Performance Development Framework.
As the sole Learning & Development Specialist in the team, this is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role and who wants to see the direct impact of their work.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Significant experience working as a learning & development professional.
Ability to design and deliver training, alongside collaborating with external providers.
Digitally savvy with expertise in understanding the latest trends and innovations in learning & development.
Expertise in embedding a learning culture in a hybrid working environment.
Ability to build stakeholder relationships at all levels of seniority.
Creative problem solving abilities.
