The Post: The Learning and Development team deliver a portfolio of corporate learning and development services to NSS and Public Health Scotland.
The postholder will work closely with Learning and Development colleagues, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to deliver digital learning solutions that support the achievement of organisational goals.
The post involves project managing the end-to-end process for digital learning projects from scoping through to final implementation.
The Candidate:We are looking for candidates who are creative and have a passion for designing innovative learning solutions with a high degree of autonomy.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed instructional design skills and experience using a range of digital authoring and multimedia design tools.
As the role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, excellent planning and organising skills are essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Technologist to join a well-established and high performing team.Location and Working Pattern:Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow.Currently hybrid working.Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.Inclusion:Benefits: Ourbenefits package includes pension scheme, comprehensive range of work life balance policies, occupational health services, learning resource centres and discounted leisure, financial and shopping benefits.
