Learning And Development Manager

My client, a well-regarded International Law Firm, are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join their team.This Learning and Development Manager role is responsible for managing the operational and coordination aspects of L&D within the firm, rather than creating and delivering L&D programmes, however, this is a development opportunity within the role.Salary approx.
£35,000-£42,000.Key duties include:Managing, scheduling and facilitating various learning programmes (both in the UK and internationally).Looking at process improvement to help drive the function and learning experience forward.Overseeing (but not managing) the L&D budget.Co-ordinating global professional qualifications.Managing stakeholder relationships.Working with 3rd party training providers and internal L&D practitioners.Supervising a L&D Administrator.The successful candidate for this Learning and Development Manager role will need to have extensive experience of L&D, with the ability to be highly organised and must have experience of working in a corporate, fast paced environment.IMPORTANT NOTICEIt is Career Legal's policy, as a matter of courtesy to respond to all applications within three working days.
