Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner

In order to support our growth and investment in the senior leadership team at McLaren, we are looking to expand our Talent Acquisition team with a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner. Working closely with our Executive Directors and CEO, you will be responsible for supporting our succession plans and building talent pipelines to support our business strategy.
As a key part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will also be involved with all team activities and actively support our transformation agenda across all parts of the business.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a part of a growing and evolving team, providing a full, best in class, in-house recruitment service.
