Our client is seeking a specialist to build and develop their senior leadership network across the UK.
This is a stand-alone role responsible for using various strategies to identify and engage with C-suite professionals.
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and must have a strong passion for building talent communities at a senior level.
This firm has a strong track record of delivering exceptional returns for investors and has recently raised new funds to support ambitious growth plans within their portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for C-suite roles within portfolio companies, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry leaders and executives across the UK.
Handle inbound interest from talent who are seeking opportunities with the firm.
Market intelligence – stay informed on market developments, leveraging digital channels and relevant events.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including Executive Search firms.
Engage and nurture a network of leaders through community-focused initiatives (e.g., hosting events, conferences, podcasts, etc.).
Track and analyse key talent metrics (e.g., recruitment success and retention rates) to guide decision-making within portfolio companies.
Support the development of a scalable talent infrastructure that supports long-term growth.
What the client is looking for: Leadership recruiting experience : 5+ years' recruitment experience within a search firm or in-house, with a focus on senior-level hires.
Community building experience : Proven experience networking and building relationships to create talent pools, ideally at a senior level.
Stakeholder management experience : Ability to confidently present ideas and influence senior executives and portfolio company leaders.
Growth business experience : Exposure to the dynamics of small companies with multiple stakeholders, boards, and entrepreneurial traits will be valued.
Commercially minded : You understand how to align sourcing and recruiting activity to meet business objectives.
Data-driven : You are data-centric and bring a data-first approach to the recruitment process and strategy.
Experience in a self-sufficient or stand-alone role is advantageous.
