Lead Practitioner Psychologist

We are looking for a Lead Practitioner Psychologist with strong CBT and motivational interviewing practice, who not only possess expertise in their work within drug and alcohol services, but have a passion for developing skills and supporting and supervising others in the delivery of psychologically informed work.
You will be a compassionate and empathetic individual, with the ability to connect quickly with the people we support.
You will receive regular clinical supervision and professional support from a more senior Practitioner Psychologist in substance use and will be in a supportive environment, where you will be encouraged to develop your clinical skills as well as providing an opportunity to develop leadership skills, making a difference beyond your own individual practice.  If you are interested in the system of recovery we provide and can help us improve the quality and effectiveness of the work we do, we welcome the opportunity to offer you a role that works alongside our expert practitioners in a great environment.
