Lead Practitioner of English Location: South-East England Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Leadership Pay Scale (dependent on experience) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and skilled educator to join the English department of a thriving secondary school in South-East England.
The school is seeking a dedicated Lead Practitioner of English to drive excellence in teaching and learning and to contribute to the continuous improvement of its English curriculum.
About the Role: As a Lead Practitioner, you will: Champion high-quality teaching practices across the English department.
Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their professional development.
Lead on innovative curriculum design and implementation.
Play a key role in whole-school initiatives and improvements.
About You: The ideal candidate will be: An outstanding English teacher with experience across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
A proven leader, capable of inspiring and motivating colleagues and students.
