Lead Java SDET - Financial Messaging & Archiving - London (Hybrid) - £125K Are you drawn to the complex and fast-paced world of financial technology, covering both trading and banking domains?
We're partnering with a prominent global fintech leader, specializing in delivering high-performance, cloud-based analytics and messaging solutions to leading banks and financial institutions worldwide.
In collaboration with their team, we're rebuilding the testing framework from the ground up and are seeking skilled Senior and Lead SDETs to drive the advancement of their cutting-edge messaging systems and web platforms.
As a Lead SDET you can expect to; Lead a small team of testers from both a technical and management standpoint.
Build complex Java based testing frameworks from scratch.
Play a key role in defining the testing strategy.
Run training sessions/workshops for more Jnr members of staff Explore new technologies and ways of working.
To be considered as a Lead SDET you must have; Over 8 years experience working as an SDET.
In-depth exposure to building Java based testing frameworks from scratch.
VERY strong Java skills & exposure to OOP principals Prior experience managing/leading other engineer's.
Hands on exposure with Selenium WebDriver and other web testing tools Salary wise, we have up to £125,000 + bonus of up to 10% and a hole host of useful perks/benefits, not forgetting the flexibility to work remotely for 3 days out of the week!
