Key Responsibilities: Act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team. Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while providing exceptional support. Review and approve system configurations. Upskill junior team members and share best practices. Work collaboratively with the Problem Manager to proactively prevent issues. What We're Looking For: Strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems. Can read and write a basic level SQL and Java Code.
