Job Description Lead Facilities Contract Support - Stockport - Global Facilities Management Client: Blue Chip & Commercial CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for a Lead Facilities Contract Support on the behalf of our global facilities management client based in Stockport, Greater Manchester .
Working closely with the Senior Management team, hybrid working arrangements are available for the right candidate.
As the Lead Contract Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities management services.
You'll oversee contract performance, drive financial accountability, and ensure seamless coordination between operations, finance, and clients.
Package: \n Competitive salary between £34,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) \n Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) \n 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays \n Generous workplace pension scheme \n Training, development & progression opportunities \n Responsibilities: \n \n Financial Management: Oversee P&L performance, track costs, and ensure profitability across contracts.
Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to drive informed decision-making \n \n Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
Build strong, lasting relationships and foster trust and collaboration \n \n Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of contract support professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional results and continuously develop their skills \n \n Operational Excellence: Coordinate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements \n \n Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all statutory and company policies.
