This critical project aims to supply natural gas to both domestic markets and international markets via the South Caucasus Pipeline.
You will be part of a collaborative team working from the FEED phase through EPC and project close-out, ensuring secure and accurate document control for this pioneering energy initiative.
Key Responsibilities As the Lead Document Controller, you will: Oversee the document control management system from FEED to EPC phases, ensuring all engineering and technical documentation is accurate, accessible, and properly communicated within the site registry (NEW PRODOM).
Develop, manage, and maintain the document control systems, including creating numerical systems, structuring archives, and gatekeeping review/control packages.
Utilize NEW PRODOM's risks and opportunities module, as well as interface modules, for structured document management.
Ensure contractor documentation aligns with company standards, including numbering, formatting, symbols, and quality standards.
Conduct continuous analysis and monitor contractor submissions to track document compliance, timelines, and project reporting metrics.
Support project teams in using the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and contribute to knowledge sharing on procedures and specifications.
Requirements Experience: 15+ years of professional experience, with extensive background in document control and information management systems for large-scale projects.
Technical Skills: Proficient in managing document flows and technical records using NEW PRODOM or similar document management software.
Qualifications: Lead discipline experience, ideally in large-scale oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure projects.
Language: Fluency in English is essential.
