Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist OT/SALT We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Hazel Cottage School.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to provide high-quality clinical services.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team Hold a therapy caseload with support from the clinical network Contribute to staff training and consultation Requirements: Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Neurodivergent children Benefits: Life Assurance Pension scheme with options to increase contributions


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
