We have a vacancy for a Lawyer Advocate to join the Legal Services, Children and Families Team. This role involves attending the local Family Courts in Gloucester and Bristol in person.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct advocacy in the Family Court, primarily in Gloucester and occasionally in Bristol. Represent clients in legal proceedings related to children and family matters. Provide expert legal advice and support to clients. Prepare legal documents and case files for court hearings.
