Since our founders, Florian and James, opened our first store in the summer of 2021, we've grown into a seven-store operation, expanding across London.

We're looking for dedicated BOH Team Members to join our evening and overnight shifts.
Role | Late night Back of house | 10pm - 4am | 3 days a week  Key Responsibilities: Wash and prepare fresh produce, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Assist with basic food prep tasks such as portioning and assembling simple ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing cookware, utensils, and serving equipment.
Complete short deep-cleaning tasks to keep the kitchen spotless and ready for service.
Support the kitchen team by ensuring clean, dry equipment is always available.
Expectations | Efficiency, Reliability, Strong Work Ethic Turn up on time for evening/overnight shifts and work diligently.
Maintain focus and accuracy when handling food preparation tasks.
Be adaptable to assist with various duties as needed.
Experience Requirements | Desired, But Not Required Some experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus.
