Land Consents Officer

Land Consents Officer We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Consents Officer to join our client's Utilities and Infrastructure team in the North of England.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing land access for major infrastructure projects, interacting with landowners and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Ideally, you'll be a RICS-qualified professional with experience in utilities construction and maintenance operations (though non-qualified candidates will be considered too) and you will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices and rural issues.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and negotiate fair agreements.
