Lab Technician

Element has an opportunity for a Lab Technician to join our rapidly expanding Connected Technologies business at our state-of-the-art laboratory in Surrey Hills, Guildford.
As a member of our Radio Testing team, you will perform a variety of testing assignments to ensure cutting edge consumer electrical devices meet specific radio testing standards and are safe for manufactures to bring to market.
Core responsibilities Prepare material specimens for testing Perform tests as directed by customer specifications Operate under the supervision of a more senior test technician and/or a Department Manager Gather and record test data Construct and maintain various test fixtures and other laboratory equipment .Key Skills Working knowledge of laboratory safety HS diploma or GED certificate preferred.
College or vocational school coursework welcomed 0-2 years' experience in a testing related field Basic understanding of testing concepts Possess computer skills.
