What's on offer: Salary: £17.50 per hour (depending on experience) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Shifts: Monday to Thursday - 08:00 am to 17:00 pm Company Van Weekly Pay (every Friday).

Carpentry (general) Plumbing Gas Tiling Decoration Roofing Brickworks Flooring Bathroom fitting Kitchen fitting Skills & Experience: Experience working on-site in domestic properties Client facing, ability to interact with property owners, discuss issues or concerns they may have.
Qualified by experience OR trained tradesperson (City & Guilds etc.)
Organised, clean worker, able to produce excellent quality work in occupied or unoccupied residential properties This is a manual job so a good level of fitness is required Team player but also able work independently Full clean driving licence is a must A can-do attitude, ability to adapt to different situations Additional Skills: Good communication skills.
Able to work to deadlines, maintaining quality of end product Able to work as part of a team to achieve required results Demonstrates a positive attitude Promotes a flexible approach.
Ability to organize workload.
Full understanding of Company Risk Assessments.
