We are looking for someone who excels in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
About the Role: As a KS1 Teacher with Teach Match, you will be working in a primary school in the vibrant Salford area, helping to deliver engaging lessons while managing classroom behaviour effectively.
You will play a vital role in supporting the academic and emotional development of young children, ensuring that they thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons to KS1 students, tailored to meet the individual needs of the children.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
Work closely with teaching assistants and other school staff to support students' learning and development.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative approach to education.
Ensure that all students are engaged and motivated, creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong experience teaching KS1, with a good understanding of the curriculum.
Excellent classroom management skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing behaviour.
A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
A passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential.
