Knowledge Systems Analyst - Law - London An international law firm that is headquartered in London has an opportunity for an aspiring knowledge, information or even technology professional, seeking their first steps into a role that has a KM systems alignment. This role represents an opportunity to join a team that is in a period of growth and to become equipped with skills and experience around KM, collaboration and contract automation tools and products. It's a role in which it's anticipated that the successful candidate will most likely be someone that can demonstrate a passion for this discipline and an ability to very quickly learn new systems and processes.
In this role, the primary responsibilities and objectives include, but are not limited to: Administer, support and manage the firms client collaboration platform - DealRoomAcquire expertise on the DealRoom platform with a view to becoming an SME and to provide training to usersAssume the role of first point of contact for all enquiries for the teams centralised KM inboxProviding a reporting service for usage, licences and data storage for KM products and systemsGaining experience and undertaking administrative/support tasks across a range of other KM, Legal Tech and Collaboration products such as HighQ and Contract ExpressSupporting in KM related projectsTo be a suitable candidate for this role, the following skills and experience are required: A demonstrable interest in KM, Legal Tech or Collaboration tools and technologyThe ability to assume a role in which there is likely to be a steep learning curveStrong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and systemsRefined stakeholder management, relationship building and interpersonal skillsOrganised, attentive to details and the ability to work in a role where there are likely to be conflicting prioritiesA relevant degree or further degree in Information Management, Libraries, Law or Computing would be extremely beneficial
