Direct Sales Manager Location: London (hybrid working)

E1 Partners is recruiting for a Direct Sales Manager on behalf of a well-established and leading B2B Energy supplier.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and building a high-performing team of Corporate BDMs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in building a strategically important channel that supports our long-term business goals.
Build, develop, and scale a high-performing new business sales team.
Design and manage incentive programs to reward and motivate outstanding performance.
Oversee daily operations, using data and metrics to track and optimize performance.
Collaborate with Commercial teams to refine value propositions and expand opportunities.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong sales track record, ideally with experience onboarding new energy customers.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
