Well-Established Construction Manufacturer Increasingly strong market share - £100m Organization Technical solution-based sale THE COMPANY: This well-established construction manufacturer provides a range of light and heavy side building materials and now seeks a new Senior Account Manager to cover a Northern Ireland territory.
Their products are commonly specified on some of the best building projects around and they are amongst the market leaders.
This role would suit a seasoned technical sales representative, with experience selling a solution rather than just an off-the-shelf product, to Tier-1 contractors, architects, and engineers, with experience during the early stage and design of commercial builds.
THE ROLE: As the successful Account Manager you will be selling a technical solution to main-contractors and architects in the construction sector in Ireland, focusing on commercial projects primarily.
This role sells a solution rather than just a product, so you must be comfortable reading drawings, designs and advising your customers on the structural requirements of their builds.
Although some of this role will be site-based, a lot of the role will be at head office level, dealing with the Tier-1 main-contractors, engineers, architects.
You may also deliver CPDs to architects at head office-level.
Full product training is provided, plus continued development plans are put in place to assist in growing your sales career.
This role will be primarily account management, however, they are looking for someone with the confidence and ability to win new business.
FOR THIS ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION, WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: Construction sales experience, with experience selling to Tier-1 contractors, architects, and engineers Technical sales experience is essential, ideally with a solution-based sale Experience selling at Head office level with contractors, architects and engineers Engaging, structured, driven, tenacious, confident character THE PACKAGE: €55,000 - €65,000 Base Salary €5,000+ Bonus Fully expensed company car Laptop, Mobile, 21 Days Holidays, Pension, Health and wellbeing program LOCATION: Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland BMS Performance specialises in recruiting sales professionals, nationally.
