Junior Sous Chef Based at the heart of our newest neighbourhood,   Megan's at by the Castle  (Guildford)  is a truly all-day dining restaurant, serving up delicious food from sunny places.
Junior Sous Chefs  at Megan's are experienced with high volume, fast paced all day dining environments.
You will be producing amazing food from high quality fresh ingredients.
You will support your Sous Chef & Head Chef to create a fun and inclusive kitchen team.

You are passionate about food, Love the buzz of working in a busy kitchen environment and have Pass experience, Driven to deliver exceptional food & standards; and Keen to develop as a leader within the kitchen.
Life at Megan's Competitive hourly rate - £14ph (inclusive of non-contractual tronc scheme).
