Working Hours Full-time role, including weekends and evenings chefs are on 35 to 48 hours per week The higher Key Duties Plan menus and create innovative dishes while maintaining cost control working to a pre defined GP target Ensure consistency and quality in every dish, from preparation to presentation.
Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Contribute to the development of new seasonal dishes and specials.
Assist in Management of inventory and stock Key Requirements Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-quality kitchen environment.
Passion for using fresh, local ingredients and creating seasonal dishes.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
