Junior Recruitment Manager - Tech £33,000 - £43,000 (OTE: £130k+) + Progression to Directorship + Leadership training + Personal & Team based commission Bristol, City Centre Are you an ambitious 360 Tech Recruiter looking to take your first step into management and continuing progressing in your career through to directorship?
Do you want to significantly increase your earnings through both personal and team based commission?
We are looking for a goal-driven 360 Recruiter who is ready to take on the responsibility of managing a well-established 4 person team in the Tech USA market.
As a Junior Manager, you will be focused on the development, growth and results of your team, whilst being supported by our experienced managers and directors to enable your own personal development.

This excellent opportunity is the result of our current Tech US Manager relocating to head up a brand new office in the US.
This position would suit a highly motivated 360 Tech Consultant who is looking to step into management and continue to progress in their career through to directorship whilst contributing to the ongoing success of the company.
The role: Team Manager in the Tech USA market Management of 4 recruiters Manage your own 360 US Recruitment desk Drive team performance and growth Contribute the companies success Progression to directorship Personal commission - up to 40% + team based commission The person: Successful 360 Tech Recruiter Experience coaching, mentoring or managing recruiters Ambition to continue to progress into directorship Motivated, resilient, goal-driven Exposure to the US market (desirable) The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
