Job Title: Junior Surveyor
Location: Kent Medway
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000

The Role: As a Junior Surveyor, you will be instrumental in supporting the team with valuations, project management, and client relations.
This position offers a mix of office-based work with occasional site visits, providing a fantastic platform to develop your skills and progress in your surveying career.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in performing monthly valuations in line with contractual requirements.
Support in preparing and managing budgets for projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to maintain strong relationships.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and documentation.
What We're Looking For: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., surveying, construction, or engineering).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proactive and eager to learn with a desire to build a career in surveying.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a surveying or construction-related role (preferred but not essential).
