Junior It Support Engineer/Desktop Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Engineer/Desktop Engineer to join our IT Technical Services team at JobServe Ltd., part of the Aspire Media Group.
Based in Tiptree, Colchester, this on-site role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, applications, and IT systems.
You will assist with installations, troubleshooting, and support across local and global companies, including on match days at Colchester United Football Club.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of IT support experience looking to build skills in Microsoft technologies, Office 365, cloud environments, and Active Directory.
