Junior Estimator - Landscaping Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Location: Home-based with regular travel between St Albans and Northampton Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join their clients Commercial Team.
As a Junior Estimator, you will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of hard and soft landscaping projects.

Please note: This role can be home-based or in our client's office in St Abans, if required.
This role will have regular travel to the St Albans Head Office and Northampton where your manager will be based.
The initial induction will be on site.
A driving licence is preferable but not essential as long as the candidate can travel to these locations.
Ideal Candidate: Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with estimating software is an advantage (CAD, Causeway, Conquest) Excellent communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a faced based environment is important Experience with cost control methods in construction projects would be a nice to have Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret project specifications and drawings to understand project scope Analyse and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimating Support the design team in creating robust design budgets Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays (with an extra 3-5 days for Christmas closure) Pension scheme Dedicated training and development Family friendly policies Positive working environment, remembering we all have lives outside of work Our client is a leading landscaping company committed to delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative work environment.
