About the Practice Following a recent merger with a leading IP team, the firm is equipped to handle both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a focus on the retail and consumer sectors.
Their expertise spans a range of IP-related transactions, from due diligence in M&A to trade mark filings, anti-counterfeiting, and complex IP disputes.
The team supports clients in protecting, registering, enforcing, and exploiting intellectual property rights across patents, designs, trademarks, and IP agreements.
Ideal Candidate: Deep knowledge of commercial law, technology, and data privacy with a strong IP background.
