We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Automated Tester to join our team, someone who possesses a solid comprehension of software development principles and a drive to enhance testing efficiency.
Featuring a combination of remote work and collaborative teamwork in our vibrant, open plan office in Bristol, on any given day, you may find yourself engaged in one, several, or all of these tasks: Collaborating with the development team to understand project requirements and define test cases and scripts.
Creating and debugging automated test scripts with the latest tools and frameworks.
Analysing the results of tests and providing reports on any defects or issues.
Collaborating closely with the testing team to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and optimize testing efficiency.
Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our automated testing procedures.
Requirements All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for a talented junior automation tester: Experience in automation testing using tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer or Cypress.
Understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies Good programming skills in languages such as Typescript or C# Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits Working at Rockpool is slightly different than elsewhere.
