Junior Associate Or Paralegal

We provide a comprehensive suite of services that go beyond traditional transactional legal advice; we function as your in-house General Counsel or Chief Operating Officer, providing seamless support across all stages of the investment process and closing deals.
Opportunity   We are looking for a person with experience working with private markets funds to join us as as Associate or Paralegal.
We offer a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
About the Role    Your primary responsibility will support on private equity fund reviews, secondary transactions and fund formation / fund operations projects.
Who we are looking for   The perfect candidate will:  Be highly motivated to deliver high quality work;  Used to working in a high-pace environment;  Comfortable with working remotely; Willingness to travel to London twice per year; and  Have at least 5 years of prior experience with private markets funds, ideally for a law firm or a fund manager.
