Role: Team Manager (Recovery Room) Location: Laforey Road, Grimsby Salary: Competitive Shift pattern: working a rotating shift pattern Week 1 - 06:00 - 14:00 Week 2 - 14:00 - 22:00 What we are looking for: We are looking for a professional and experienced Team Manager for the Recovery Room.
As a Team Manager you will do daily operations of a designated production line/ team within the Production Area.
Key responsibilities as a Team Manager will be to: - To manage all aspects of both white fish and salmon recovery work, understand what any why any product enters the recovery room and limiting what is downgraded - Ensuring all rework is completed as to spec and in the required timescales - Minimise all product downgrades to a minimum - People - Team Management for Area employees - Ensuring all rework is completed as to spec and in the required timescales - Minimise all product downgrades to a minimum Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Team Manager will include: - Previous management in food production experience - Interpret data (Screen display) - Good attention to detail.
