Responsibilities: Oversee marketing strategy and business performance for the Japanese market, ensuring financial KPIs are met.
Lead Japanese market expansion, identifying product needs and driving innovation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance offerings and improve performance.
Drive growth in user acquisition, retention, and revenue through targeted marketing and partnerships.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including affiliates and sports leagues.
Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with regulations.
Identify business opportunities and manage payment processing needs for the Japanese market.
Stay informed on industry trends and perform additional duties as required.
Requirements: 5+ years in senior management within global betting and gaming, with 3+ years focused on the Japanese market.
Proven track record of driving business growth and managing budgets, P&L, and financial KPIs.
Expertise in marketing, business development, and partnership management.
Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical skills for market assessment, forecasting, and trend identification.
Experience representing established brands and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic mindset, adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in competitive markets.
