WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … As IT Service Administrator, you will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of stakeholders.
A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary.
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO … Supporting the IT requirements across The Celtic Collection, you will assist in providing first line IT support, monitoring and responding to all IT incoming tickets and then escalating IT tickets to relevant team members.
Checking EO for any IT resources that are required for upcoming events for both companies ICCW/Celtic Manor Resort and ensuring these are raised on the relevant job logging system for team to action.You will check billing of ICCW and raising service orders for last minute requests and ensure payment plans are created, also checking billing of CMR event orders and ensuring correct costs are put in place for the event.
You will assist the renewal of IT service contracts and assist with budget monitoring and cost tracking for facilities projects and developments such as refurbishments and new properties.
You will resolve invoicing queries and reconcile account statements, facilities credit card statements and keep supplier and contractor payments up-to-date.
You will order IT equipment, maintain the facilities contracts filing system.
