It Infrastructure Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, installation, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure to meet operational needs.
Lead and manage a team of IT specialists responsible for system administration, network management, and infrastructure support.
Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards related to infrastructure management.
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring maximum uptime and availability.
Implement and manage disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity in case of a system failure or cyberattack.
Track and report on infrastructure costs, working with our infrastructure partners to recommend suitable solutions/improvements that are effective and in line with the IT Strategy.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT infrastructure and align with business goals.
Ensure compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
