Kappture Ltd was founded in 2012 by hospitality industry experts, they build the point of sale systems trusted by large event organisers and demanding businesses worldwide.
They currently work with some well-known clients such as: Cheltenham Racecourse, NHS, and Manchester Metropolitan University.
Kappture Ltd are now on the search for another apprentice to join their ever-growing team.
Not only will you have support from your mentor within the business Alex, but you will also be working alongside their current Apprentices placed by Baltic, to give a helping hand on their busy helpdesk as well as configuring hardware and setting up user accounts.
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job: Working as a first line support service desk analyst Onsite support and occasional travel for customer support Working on a ticketing system to rectify a range of IT issues Building hardware such as PCs, control units and configuring components Installation of software for clients and new users Virtual support through TeamViewer to install and configure Exposure to the cloud services (AWS) Work towards the companys SLAs and guidelines Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits: £12,480 per annum Monday Friday 9 am 5.30 pm 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Opportunity to travel UK and international Bubbly and upbeat team Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Passion for IT Willingness to learn Interested in IT IT hobbyist Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and Grade 5/C in GCSE English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Technician.
