Flexible Nanny For Circa. 6 Afternoon/Evenings A Month For 3Well-Behaved Busy Girls (Age 7-11)

We have 3 girls; I (age 11), Z (age 9) and Ma (age 7).
My husband works away all week and I have to go away once or twice a month, often Monday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Thursday.
Sometimes it's less than once a month but other times it can be twice in a month.
Historically, either my parents or my mother-in-law have stepped in to help with childcare however they are getting older and their health deteriorating and so I'm looking to find a Nanny that can support with evenings and mornings when I'm away with work.
Never Fridays to Sundays and very occasional school holidays but mostly Mon-Thur term times.
