Invoice Assistant - Accounts Payable/Receivable

E & M Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a global software company in North Yorkshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Invoice Assistant to support their busy finance department.
In order to be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate previous experience dealing with invoices in a busy office environment.
Duties: - Responsible for all invoices (Purchase and Sales) - Process invoices, matching to purchase orders - Raise sales invoices - Process debits and credits - Handle invoice queries - Work inline with sales team to ensure all quotes and prices are correct This is a full time position based in Skipton and hybrid working is available on completion of training.
Graduates and strong administrators with an interest in working in a finance department would also be considered.
