Investment Associate / Manager – Uk Lower Mid Market Private Equity, Manchester

THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners is delighted to have been retained by a leading Private Equity fund that will invest across the UK, targeting SMEs with a generalist coverage across a range of sectors. The fund will take a minority stake in entrepreneurial, founder-owned businesses.
As part of a collegiate team, you'll be exposed to the entire deal cycle, including sourcing, executing, and managing investments.
THE ROLE:
Building and development of financial models Conducting industry research and reviewing market trends
Lead the Due Diligence on opportunities Build and maintain relationships with portfolio companies THE REQUIREMENTS: Big Four, Investment Banking or Private equity experience
Strong modelling ability High level of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
